These terms explain the rules for using the Hunarzai website and taking our courses. We’ve kept them as plain as we can. By creating an account or paying for a course, you agree to them.
In these terms, “Hunarzai”, “we” and “us” mean the team that runs this website. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
Your account
- Give us your real name and a working email. The name on your account is the name we print on your certificates.
- Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
- One account is for one person. Please don’t share your login or let others watch your course on your account.
- Paid courses can be watched on up to 2 devices at a time. You can swap a device in your account up to 2 times every 30 days.
- Questions and answers on a course are seen by everyone on that course. Keep them polite and on topic; teachers and our team can hide posts that aren’t.
- If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian needs to agree to these terms for you.
Paying for a course
- Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR) on each course page. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay us.
- Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your course unlocks as soon as the payment goes through.
- For JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfers, you send the money to the account shown at checkout and upload your receipt. We check it against our account, usually within 24 hours, and unlock the course once it’s approved.
- We can refuse a receipt if the amount doesn’t match, we can’t find the payment, or it looks like it has been used before. We’ll always tell you why.
- Your bank or wallet provider may charge its own fees. Those are between you and them.

Using the courses
- When you enrol, you get a personal licence to use that course for your own learning. You don’t own the course material.
- Please don’t download, record, copy, share or resell our videos, notes or live classes.
- Live class links are for enrolled students only. Please don’t pass them on.
- We may update a course to keep it current, for example by adding, replacing or reordering lessons.
- Live class times can sometimes change. If a class is moved or cancelled, we’ll tell you and offer another time or a recording where we can.
Certificates
When you finish every lesson in a course, you can download a certificate of completion. It shows you completed the course with us. It isn’t a government-recognised qualification or degree. Anyone can check a certificate using the link printed on it.
Behaving well
In live classes, comments and messages, please be respectful to teachers and other students. We may suspend or close an account that:
- shares or sells our course content
- uses fake or someone else’s payment receipts
- harasses or abuses anyone
- tries to break, overload or get around the security of the website
If we close your account for one of these reasons, we won’t refund the courses on it.
What we can and can’t promise
We work hard to make our courses useful and the website reliable. But we can’t promise that a course will get you a job, a client or a particular income, and the website may sometimes be down for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law.
Help, reports and accounts on hold
- For any problem with a payment, a course or your account, open a help request. You can also use it to report copied content, scams or abuse.
- If we see fraud or abuse (for example fake receipts, sharing an account, reselling access, spam, or harassing other people), we can put your account on hold while we look into it. An account on hold can’t buy courses, post questions or reviews, or redeem codes. We can close accounts that break these terms.
- A lesson counts as started once you open it. Refund decisions use the lessons you’ve opened as well as the ones you’ve marked done.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a big change, we’ll let you know by email or on the website before it applies.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
